CHA Evaporator Refurbishments

The CHA MK40 and MK50 Evaporation System is long time legacy platform in semiconductor technology solutions for the fabrication of semiconductor chips.  CHA has a long line of legacy systems which include the MK40 and MK50 - all systems that SERT Systems refurbishes and services.

SERT Systems maintains a large inventory of CHA Equipment that can be easily refurbished, installed, and process qualified - all with an included 12 month labor and parts warranty.

 

The Process:

  • System located at our warehouse or through our network of used equipment dealers

  • System dismantled, refurbished, and totally rebuilt

  • Installation completed by our Field Service Engineers

  • Process Qualification performed and additional assistance for customer processes

  • 12-Month Parts and Labor Warranty (from time of Acceptance)
