System Training and Familiarization

The SERT Systems Training Department has courses established that cover all the Maintenance and Operations of numerous Semiconductor Fabrication Systems by Novellus, Varian, Applied Materials, and LAM. Each course is structured as to allow the student to gain technical knowledge on the system through classroom time and practical knowledge with "hands-on" training in the cleanroom setting.
