Varian Associates has long been a leader in the PVD Sputtering System market and the Varian 3000 Series Inline Sputter System "paved" the way for many of the systems on the market today.  The Quantum® Source technology is the basis for many of today's Sputter Source designs.  The Varian 3000 Series Inline and the m2000/m2i Cluster Sputter Systems are extremely reliable and established legacy systems still in production in today's Semiconductor Fabrication facilities.
